Dr. Dorothee Zimny-Schattling
I have been excited about the rich field of dentistry ever since my first semester at the Freie Universität Berlin. I have been working as a dentist in our practice since 2000. The thing I love most about my profession is the close contact and the many encounters with other people.
It is very important to me to allow the knowledge from all partial areas of dentistry to come together to be able to constantly offer the best and most convenient treatment to our patients.
That means investing a lot of time every day to discuss all issues in detail together with the patients and to offer seamless, comprehensive counseling (frequently in a team with the other dentists and dental technicians).
It is especially important to me to ensure that the subsequent dental treatment in gentle, careful and completely painless. The close cooperation with my experienced parents and my sister Friederike makes me happy and I enjoy supervising such a team of dedicated, friendly and helpful employees.
My spare time belongs first and foremost to my family and my three childrens. Other than that, I enjoy sports (jogging, aerobics, snowboarding) and reading.
