Ceramic Veneers

Veneers are extremely thin ceramic shells that serve not only to beautify your natural teeth, but also to protect them. They represent a high-end solution for various aesthetic imperfections, including:

  • Crooked teeth or misaligned teeth
  • Tooth gaps
  • Worn or damaged front teeth
  • Discolored or stained teeth

These wafer-thin ceramic shells are not only aesthetically pleasing, but also offer a long-lasting solution that largely preserves your natural tooth substance. With the help of a special adhesive, the ceramic veneers are individually adapted to your teeth - both in terms of shape and color - and give your smile a wonderfully natural and harmonious appearance.

The treatment process: It can be that simple

The veneers treatment is not only effective, but also painless. A visit to our practice in Berlin Charlottenburg usually only requires three appointments:

1. Preparation and digital impression

In the first session we prepare your teeth and take a precise digital impression. Here the innovative technology of Modjaw and Digital Smile Design are used. This enables you to "test" your future, improved teeth virtually before the actual treatment. With this software-supported procedure, we can implement your aesthetic ideas and create a natural, attractive design for your teeth.

2. Production of the veneers

In our own highly specialized dental laboratory, we produce the tailor-made all-ceramic veneer. In the second session, the veneers are adjusted and individually tailored.

3. Placement of the veneers

In the final session, the final veneers are placed on your teeth and precisely adjusted. Of course, we are also available afterwards for any adjustments or checks.

In the event that additional adjustments or controls are necessary, we can of course make these flexibly.

Our experienced team is at your disposal in detail to inform you about the possibilities and advantages of veneers. Make an appointment with us to experience the high-end care of our competent team at Berlin’s Kaiserdamm.

Frequently asked questions

What does health insurance cover for veneers?

Veneers are usually an aesthetic treatment that is not covered by health insurance companies. Supplementary dental insurance usually does not cover this type of treatment either. Financial support is only possible in rare medically justified exceptional cases.

In which cases are veneers not recommended?

Veneers achieve excellent aesthetic results. However, in the case of severely discolored teeth or extreme misaligned teeth, preparatory measures such as internal bleaching or orthodontic treatment may be necessary to achieve the desired result.

Veneers should be avoided for people who have lost significant tooth substance due to severe grinding or clenching. We are happy to advise you to determine individually whether veneers are suitable for your needs.

What are the expected costs for a veneer?

The cost of veneers varies depending on the type and number of teeth being treated. In our practice in Charlottenburg we offer you personal advice to give you detailed information on this.
